Flt. Lt. Edwin Borrman recently became the third Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) pilot to be qualified on the F-35A.

A former Hawk 127 instructor before transitioning to the Lockheed Martin fighter, Borrman said his training at Luke Air Force Base has given him insight on how future RAAF pilots will transition directly from the Hawk to the F-35A.
