A Turkish AH-1 attack helicopter was shot down in the mountains of southeastern Turkey on May 13 and now a video has surfaced showing a fighter with the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) using a 9K38 Igla (NATO: SA-18) MANPADS to down the rotor-craft.

VMA-211 flew its last AV-8B flight on May 6 and three days later the first two F-35Bs for the unit arrived at MCAS Yuma on May 9.
Cracks found in French A400M, Airbus to swap out component
Germany’s parliament has been informed by the Ministry of Defense that Airbus intents to replace certain components in the A400M during regular maintenance and upgrades after cracks were discovered in a French aircraft.
