Robinson take over NORAD
Gen. Lori J. Robinson succeeded Adm. Bill Gortney as commander of U.S. Northern Command (Northcom ) and North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on May 13. She is the first female combatant commander for the U.S. military.
