An undated note from the Indian government revealed that five countries in South East Asia are keen on the BrahMos supersonic anti-ship missile.

The government note, viewed by Reuters, ordered BrahMos Aerospace to accelerate talks to sell the missile to Vietnam, Indonesia, South Africa, Chile and Brazil.
The note also includes a second list of 11 nations that have express interest in the weapon and BrahMos Aerospace is required to carry out further talks with these countries which include Philippine, Malaysia and Thailand.
