The discussions also touched on the possible purchase of engines to power Argentina’s Pucara fleet.
“The transaction provides excellent value and very favorable conditions,” he said. “The Argentina Air Force cannot do without supersonic aircraft.”
Martinez also ruled out getting F-16s from the United States as the flying cost for each other is higher compared to the Dassault aircraft.
