Only F-15E with air-to-air kill clocks 12,000 flight hours

The world’s only F-15E with an air-to-air kill has flown 12,000 flight hours on Aug. 16 during a deployment in the Middle East.

The 335th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron commander was at the controls when the jet crossed the mark. He also achieved 3,000 flight hours on that flight.
