The Philippine Air Force is expected to take delivery of its second C-130T this month, the service’s spokesman told reporters.

This is the last of two C-130Ts ordered via the Excess Defense Articles route, the first aircraft was delivered in April.
Once the aircraft arrives, the PAF’s C-130 fleet will grow to five aircraft.
