U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for East Asia and Pacific Affairs, Daniel Russel, told lawmakers that the THAAD air defense missile system will be deployed to South Korea as soon as possible.

The Kuwaiti Air Force has chosen the Lockheed Martin Sniper targeting pod for its fleet of Eurofighters. Last year, Kuwait also requested for 14 Sniper pods for its F/A-18 legacy Hornets.
