Three sources who spoke to Reuters said money will be allocated to improve the PAC-3 air defense system as well.
However, these measures will not have any impact in the short term as rolling out a new air defense system takes time and upgrades to the PAC-3 cannot be done immediately as the production lines are busy with orders.
