The U.S. Government Accountability Office has published a heavily redacted 52-page ruling on Boeing’s protest of the B-21 competition won by Northrop Grumman.
The agency found that Northrop offered “significantly lower proposed prices” for initial production and Boeing will be hard-pressed to match what its rival is doing.
It also threw out Boeing’s claim that the U.S. Air Force’s analysis of its proposal was flawed.
