SBX-1 secretly deployed to Korean Peninsular for one month

According to Yonhap, the Pentagon deployed its Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX-1) to the Korean Peninsular in late September and the missile tracking radar returned back to its home port just recently.

416th FLTS testing Joint Strike Missile

The 416th Flight Test Squadron at Edwards Air Force Base is carrying out “risk-mitigation testing” of the Joint Strike Missile on the F-16 in order to ease the integration process of the weapon on the F-35.

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- A U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon piloted by Maj. Jameel J. Janjua of the Royal Canadian Air Force carries a developmental test version of the Joint Strike Missile (JSM) to its release point above the Utah Test and Training Range west of Salk Lake City. When development is complete, the Joint Strike Missile is intended for use aboard the F-35 Lighting II Joint Strike Fighter.
