The first Su-30K that is being overhauled by Belarus’ 558th Aircraft Repair Plant has flown recently. A total of 12 aircraft are to be delivered to Angola.

A contract was placed in 2013 for those aircraft that were returned by India. Back in the 1990s, Irkut supplied 18 examples to India as a interim solution while the latter wait for the Su-30MKI to be delivered.
