Taiwan’s UDN reports that The Republic of China Air Force (ROCAF) commander Gen. Shen Yi-ming will sign a memorandum with National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST) for the advanced jet trainer program tomorrow.
NCSIST is Taiwan’s main weapons development institute.
