Reuters say Germany is in talks with Czech Republic and Switzerland to operate a joint fleet of 13 A400M transport aircraft that Germany had wanted to sell away.

Germany has now determined that it still request the services of those 13 A400Ms.
The Sueddeutsche Zeitung reported that those aircraft will be based in Germany and made available to other foreign operators. Berlin will tackle the training, maintenance and operational issues.
