Two helicopter engines were being shipped by NTN EST to Russia after their arrival from Dubai. Customs claimed that these engines are meant for the Mi-28 attack helicopter and are banned under European Union ruling.
The shipping company convinced the Supreme Court that data published in Wikipedia was not credible enough to justify the fine.
