Developmental test-firing of Astra AAM completes

India has completed the development test-firing of its indiegnous Astra Beyond Visual Range Air to Air Missile (BVRAAM) this week.

The testing took place over the Bay of Bengal from Sept. 11 to 14. A total of seven tests were conducted.
