A UH-60 from the 2-82 Aviation Regiment, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division was hit by a drone while flying over a neighborhood over Staten Island, New York City on Sept. 21.

The pilot was able to land the rotorcraft at Linden Airport in New Jersey.
Lt. Col. Joe Buccino from the 82nd Airborne Division said one main rotor was dented on in two spots and a window was damaged.
