State-owned Antonov is seeking to auction away a An-124 that was formerly operated by the Libyan Arab Air Cargo.

The jet has been parked in Kiev since 2010 and the cargo plane is literally being abandoned in Ukraine due to the civil war in Libya.
The International Commercial Arbitration Court has ruled that Libya must pay $1.2 million of arrears and Antonov will go ahead with the auction if Libya fails to make payments.
