Two cheeky U.S. Navy lieutenants from VAQ-130 have been grounded after sparking an outcry for drawing an outline of a penis in the skies over Washington State in their EA-18G on Nov. 18.
“Those involved will be held accountable for their actions,” Lt. Cmdr. Leslie Hubbell, a Navy spokeswoman, told Navy Times.
