The F-35 Weapons Delivery Accuracy (WDA) flight tests at Edwards Air Force Base are over, completing a major milestone to get the jet’s Block 3F software ready for combat.

Lt. Col. Tucker Hamilton, 461st FLTS commander and F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF) director, said air-to-air missile testing wrapped up in August. Testing of the GAU-22 25mm gun was completed early this month.
The fighter is also cleared to employ the Paveway IV, GBU-39, GBU-12, GBU-31 and the AGM-154.
