A modified C-130H assigned to Wyoming Air National Guard’s 153rd Airlift Wing made a brief stop at its Cheyenne home base on Jan. 6 while on the way to Florida for testing.
The transport is special as it has been modified eight blade propellers for each of its four engines. The powerplant has been upgraded to the Rolls-Royce T56 Series 3.5 standard. The propeller controls are now electronic as well.
