Philippine Navy’s TC-90 flew first patrol over Scarborough Shoal

A Philippine Navy TC-90 has flown over the Scarborough Shoal for the first time on Jan. 31, the Northern Luzon Command (Nolcom) said in a statement.

The crew observed four Filipino fishing boats, five Chinese vessels and four Chinese Coast Guard vessels during the flight, which was flown at 800 feet. They were not challenged by the Chinese ships in the area as well.
