Jeff Jeong reports that the ruling Democratic Party is keen to take the second route and buy a new plane. But the move has drawn criticism from opposition lawmakers.
“It’s not a good idea to buy an expensive presidential aircraft during difficult economic times,” said Rep. Hong Moon-pyo of the main opposition Liberty Korea Party.
