Slovakia cleared to buy F-16V Block 70/72

The U.S. State Department has notified Congress on a potential sale of F-16 Block 70/72 fighters to Slovakia.

The huge arms package, worth up to $2.91 billion, includes 16 F110 or F100 afterburning turbofans; 30 AIM-120C7 air-to-air missiles; and 100 AIM-9X air-to­ air missiles. Click the link below for the full list of weapons offered.
