MDA has successfully link THAAD and Patriot

The U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) announced on Apr. 6 that it has linked the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) and Patriot air defense missiles system so that both can work as an integrated unit.

Pakistan in talks to buy Russia ground base air defense system

In an interview with Russian news outlet Sputnik, Pakistani Defense Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan disclosed that his country is in talks with Russia to buy the latter’s air defense system.

Russia issues contract for nuclear-powered space tug

The Russian government has issued a contract to RSC Energia to develop a new class of rockets for lunar exploration and the contract documents indicate that a nuclear-powered space tug will be develop as well.
