The Nigerian Air Force says it has managed to develop an in-house fix for the Communications Control Unit (CCU) on the FT-7NI fighter trainer.

Previously, the unit – which allows both crew members to communicate – took more than 10 months to repair. Nigeria was able to fix it in a week at its air force’s Central Avionics Overhaul Calibration Centre (CAOCC).
