The Indonesian Navy will no longer deploy its Bo-105 helicopter aboard its navy ships that are deployed to support the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) operations.

Jane’s was told by various anonymous sources that there were various technical issues regarding the BO-105’s capabilities.
One example cited was the helicopter’s inability to generate “recognised maritime picture that can be shared with other participating assets in the UNIFIL patrols.”
