The U.S. Air Force’s Air Mobility Command (AMC) has started a new program that allows eligible pilots to continue flying without taking command positions.

The Aviator Technical Track is opened to majors or major-selects with 11 to 13 years of commissioned service.
Successful applicants will have less non-flying-related duties but will still have to maintain all Air Force standards, including health and fitness and readiness requirements.
