HAF F-16V upgrade program to commence this month

Lockheed Martin will commence engineering work to convert 85 Hellenic Air Force F-16s to the V variant from Sept. 17.

A senior executive from the company, Dennys Plessas, said the first two years will be spent on engineering and development work. The first modifications to the jet will commence from the third year and Greek pilots will commence training starting from the fourth year.
