Brig. Gen. Paul W. Tibbets IV, deputy commander for U.S. Air Force Global Strike Command, was given a letter of admonishment and his promotion to Major General withheld.

Investigators found that as commander of the 509th Bomb Wing from 2015 to 2017, he had made inappropriate comments regarding women; failed to properly report information about suicide attempts through his chain of command; used a government vehicle improperly and failed to report the value of autographed photographs that celebrities gave him.
