News reports says the U.S. Army is asking Congress for $373 million to buy the two Iron Dome missile interceptor batteries.

According to Inside Defense, US Army acquisition executive Bruce Jette told Congress that the key benefits of the Iron Dome is its magazine depth of 20 interceptors and is proven in combat.
