RAND recommends that Baltics SOF, National Guard units expand inventory of anti-armor and anti-air systems

A report by RAND on deterring Russian aggression in the Baltic States suggests that the special operation forces (SOF) and national guard units of the three countries should have more man-portable anti-armor and anti-air systems.

These units will form ““High-End Violent Action Squads” that can carry out hit-and-run attacks on armor units and take out bridges.
