RMAF completes flight evaluation of Yak-130
The Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) had the opportunity to carry out evaluations of the Yak-130 advanced jet trainer for its Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) program. The first evaluation flight was flown on the evening of Mar. 27 at Langkawi international airport. The Yak-130 was there to attend the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA).

RAND: More cost-effective for USAF to retain pilots than train new ones
A research by think tank RAND has found that the U.S. Air Force should increase the Aviation Bonus (AvB) to retain its pilots as it is more cost-effective than training a new one.

Lockheed Martin gets contract to manufacture THAAD interceptors for Saudi Arabia
