France will be able to deploy 20 Rafale fighters to New Caledonia in 48 hours in 2023, the Chief of Staff of the French Air Force told Aviation Week.
Gen. Philippe Lavigne explained that this is possible using eight A330 MRTT tankers which is called Phenix in French service.
