Taiwan’s military has requested for $2.5 billion to develop its an indigenous loitering munition. The project name is soaring sword.
Develop by National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST), the drone made its debut in 2017. The government has determined that the anti-radiation munition will be cheaper to procure then its air-to-surface TC-2A missile.
