Four FGm-148 Javelin anti-tank missiles that were sold to France in 2010 have been found in a rebel camp in the town of Gheryan, Libya.

The rebels there are loyal to Gen. Khalifa Hifter, a warlord who is seeking to overthrow the United Nations-backed government.
France has denied transferring the weapons to Hifter. An adviser to the French armed forces minister told NEw York Times that the missiles were damaged and no longer usable. The missiles were stored there awaiting destruction.
