The 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath has conducted its first Forward Arming and Refueling Point (FARP) exercise using the F-15E for the first time.

A pair of jets landed at RAF Mildenhall to carry out the exercise with the 352nd Special Operations Wing and 100th Air Refueling Wing on Sept. 12.
The fighters were refuelled on the ground by a MC-130J. Bombs to re-arm the F-15Es were also unloaded from the cargo plane and assembled on-site.
