Lithuania says it will start negotiations with the United States for the purchase of six UH-60 Black Hawks to replace its aging Mi-8 fleet.

The Ministry of National Defense says the Letter of Offer and Acceptance is expected to be signed by the end of 2020. The first helicopter should arrive in the country in 2024.
