A Spanish Air Force A400M assigned to the 31st Wing has been converted into a flying hospital for COVID-19 patients.
According to the Aeroevacuation Medical Unit (UMAER), which carried out the conversion, the tactical airlifter can now transport 5 critical patients and 14 minor patients.
