A magnitude 6.5 earthquake struck Nevada on May 15, less than 30 miles from Tonopah.

A spokesperson from Nellis Air Force Base said all major systems and facilities at the Tonopah Test Range remains operational and there were no damages reported.
The person added that structures situated across the 2.9 million-acre test and exercise range will be inspected for damage in the next few days.
