Barksdale Air Force Base is sending its B-52 bombers airborne to salute COVID19 essential workers again together with F-15Es from the 159th Fighter Wing.

USN selects FREMM design as next frigate

The European FREMM multipurpose frigate as been selected as the design for the U.S. Navy’s Guided Missile Frigate (FFG(X)) program.

Two B-1Bs flew from Ellsworth AFB to South China Sea in 32-hour round trip mission

USAF B-1B bombers are back in the Pacific again and this time a pair of them flew non-stop from Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota to South China Sea on Apr. 29.

A U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancer from the 28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., approaches a KC-135 Stratotanker from the 909th Air Refueling Squadron, to refuel during a 34-hour round-trip sortie to conduct operations over the Pacific as part of a joint U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Bomber Task Force (BTF) mission April 30, 2020.
