A Indonesian Air Force T-50I instructor pilot Lt. Col. Luluk Teguh Prabowo has died from injuries sustained during a take-off accident that took place on Aug. 10.
The Korean-made advanced jet trainer had skidded off the runway during take off. The student, Lt. Muhammad Zaky survived the accident.
Luluk is the first T-50I pilot to clock more than 1,000 hours on the jet.
