A handover of a ScanEagle Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) to the Philippine Navy took place on Nov. 25 at Naval Base Heracleo Alano, Sangley Point, Cavite.

Acting Deputy Chief of Mission Kimberly Kelly represented the United States in the ceremony.
The system will be operated by the Philippine Navy’s 71st Maritime Unmanned Aerial Reconnaissance Squadron.
