The Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) is collaborating with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) to introduce a special karaage (fried chicken) curry rice in the staff canteen of the Ministry of Defense.
Starting from Dec. 4, service members will be able to order the dish for a week.
The JSADF is famous for its karaage while the JMSDF is popular for its curry rice that both serves to the airmen and sailors.
