Gen. Kenneth “Frank” McKenzie, head of U.S. Central Command, gave the order for U.S. troops to evacuate Al Asad Airbase, Iraq from an impending ballistic missile by Iran only after the Iranians have downloaded the last commercial satellite images fo the base.

I saw that segment. Very interesting story and it was a miracle nobody was killed. They evacuated 50 aircraft and helicopters from the base and the only helicopter left behind was an USAF HH-60G under repair and it was destroyed by the missile attack.
Very lucky we were. Had the missile attack been deadly, would we have responded against Iran? Not until State Department approved a watered down attack plan over the clenched teeth of those who wanted to destroy completely Iran’s military
