A number of Israelis who had serve with an Iron Dome missile interceptor unit are complaining that they get cancer after being exposed to its radar.

Ynetnews says data shows that those who were from the recruitment drives in 2011 had one cancer patient out of every 80 soliders recruited.
Six out of 240 soldiers were diagnosed with cancer during, or immediately after, their service.
The system uses the EL/M-2084 radar which is in service in Canada, Czech Republic, Hungary, Finland and Singapore.
