Qatar, Saudi Arabia and U.K. will operate the AH-64E V6

The U.S. Army’s Apache New Equipment Training (NET) team qualifies pilots who fly existing AH-64E version 4 or earlier into a fully qualified V6 pilot. The team is also assisting Saudi Ministry of National Guard (MNG) , Qatar and the United Kingdom customers with the training.

South Korea plans to buy up to 36 attack helicopters by 2028

South Korea’s Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) says the defense project promotion committee has approved the purchase of around 36 attack helicopters.

An AH-64 Apache augmented to the 2nd Battalion, 2nd Aviation Regiment, 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade provides attack support to ground forces Sept. 21 at the Rodriguez Live Fire Complex in South Korea.
