Professor at USAF Air War College pleads guilty for concealing contact with China official

A professor who taught in the U.S. Air Force Air War College has pleaded guilty to a charge of making false statements to a federal agent.

Zhang Xiaoming lied during a meeting with an investigator from the Office of Management and Budget. Zhang had face-to-face contacts with an official from China from December 2012 until January 2017.
