Seven sailors onboard aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson were injured due to an F-35C landing mishap on Jan. 24.

Three sailors had to be MEDEVAC to the Philippines and the pilot of the F-35C was also forced to eject from the aircraft.
The incident took place just one day after Carl Vinson and Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Groups carried out dual carrier operations in the South China Sea.
