A Mirage F1 from Airborne Tactical Advantage Company had crashed near Luke Air Force Base on Feb . 10 after having low fuel pressure, according to a preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board.
The engine flame out and the pilot could not restart the engine. Unable to reach Luke Air Force Base, the pilot steered the aircraft to a desert area before ejecting.
